1. Balochistan Trading Company has not transferred the lease after purchasing from Chiltan Ghee Mill from 1992 till date.

2. Not paid Government dues on account of Ground Rent (since 2005-2026) and non utilization charges i.e. Rs. 223.97 millions.

3. Not abiding by the Hon’ble High Court orders specifically failure to pay outstanding dues since 2005 and to complete transfer on a leasehold-rights basis.

4. Industrial area being used for Commercial activities as godowns and illegally rented out.

The Government took a major and historic decision and ordered the immediate vacation  of the Chiltan Ghee Mill Sirki Road, Quetta on account  violations through district administration and recovery of outstanding dues against Balochistan Trading Company Quetta, which has been under occupation for the past 33 years and taking over by Small Industries Department in the light of Honourable Court Orders.
